Why do we collect this information?

We collect information you provide us with for the recruitment process to assess your suitability for employment and to process your application. Other communication we collect via our website is to obtain feedback from you.

Who might we share your information with?

We will share information you provide with relevant departments in PAKS Trust. If you apply for a job with us and we proceed your application, information will be provided to external organisations to carry out DBS checks and apply for references or other checks. If you provide us with feedback on our website we may need to provide information to organisations outside of PAKS Trust under our legal reporting obligations, such as if you report concerns.

What do we do with your information?

If you apply for a job we will use your information to process your application. If you contact us by filling in feedback or contact forms we may keep a record of that correspondence for operational purposes. We do not sell your information to third parties.

How long do we keep hold of your information?

If you apply for a job and successfully take up a role with us, we will keep your information in accordance with our Retention Policy of 7 years for data that is no longer required and 7 years after your employment ends for all other data. If you apply for a job but you are unsuccessful or do not take up a role with us, your application will be deleted after 1 year.

How does PAKS Trust protect your personal information?

We have security measures to protect the security of your personal information. Where your personal information is shared with third parties, we require all third parties to take appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information. If you believe that PAKS Trust has not complied with your data protection rights, you may contact us and we will investigate your concerns. You also have the right to make a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at any time. The ICO is the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues.
